Need to Return a product?
To return a product
at UCR
Graphics.com, you'll need
to request a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. This can be done by
contacting our service department
at
service@ucrgraphics.com,
or by telephone. NO returns of any
type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your
return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item description
- Nature of the problem
In general,
UCR Graphics.com accepts
returns on merchandise from select
manufacturers within
30 days. However, UCR
Graphics.com reserves
the right to authorize product returns
beyond 30 days from the invoice date.
IF the product is accepted after 30
days, credit will be issued toward
one of the following:

FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES

A FULL REFUND or STORE CREDIT
-
ORIGINAL SHIPPING
CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED
ITEMS.
Customers are responsible for all
shipping charges back to UCR
Graphics.com on returned
items, and UCR
Graphics.com will
pay the shipping charges on the
replacement or exchange item(s)
going back.
